このポジションは、応募者対応から面接、採用イベントの企画・運営、採用広報まで幅広く関わることができる、会社の成長を支える重要な役割です。単なる事務作業ではなく、自分の提案が採用方針に反映されるやりがいも大きく、現場や経営層との距離も近いため、ビジネス感覚やコミュニケーション力も磨かれます。

【主な業務内容】

・応募者との連絡、面接日程調整

・書類選考、面接対応(一部同席や実施も)

・採用イベントや説明会の運営

・求人媒体・スカウトツールの運用

・採用戦略の企画・改善提案(希望に応じて)

・新入社員研修のサポート(オリエンテーション準備・進行、ビジネスマナーや社内ルールの研修サポート、会社理解の支援、OJT進捗確認やフォロー)

月給:280,000円~600,000円

・月給=基本給+各種手当(残業代・交通費は別途支給)

・800万円/月給60万円+役職手当(経験3年、マネージャー)
