\入社後の流れは/

材料仕入れ~製造~出荷まで全てに関わる部署での仕事です。

入社後はまず現場作業を行い、各工程の流れを覚えることからスタート。

未経験でも大丈夫様々な工程・設備に関わりながら、

経験・知識を身に付けていくところからしっかりフォローアップします

\お任せするお仕事/

製品の品質管理や検査業務をお任せする「品質管理職」の募集です。

その他にも、ISO9001認証 やKES認証のご対応もお任せできればと思います。

よりスタッフが働きやすい環境にすべく、設計通りの工程で製造が進んでいるか、

正しく製造がおこなわれているかの管理をしていただきます。

\将来的には全工程を管理できる存在へ/

技術・知識が身に付いてきたら、いくつかの工程を管理するポジションへ。

少しずつ出来る領域を増やしていき、入社から1~2年を目安に、

生産工場全体を管理していく役割を担ってほしいと思っています。

日々の業務の中から課題に気づき、改善提案、実行ができる方を求めています。

経験を活かし「もっとこうすればいいのでは」といった気付きの発信をお願いします。

現場設備の状況、各業務の効率化など、現場の声を聞きながら

改善に留まらず部署の体制づくりを行うことを期待しています。
