日本のクライアント企業に常駐(派遣)していただく、高いスキルを持つバイリンガルのテクニカルアーキテクトを募集しています。このポジションは、医療分野のデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)戦略プロジェクトを担当します。エンジニアは日本のステークホルダーと密接に連携し、モノリシックアプリケーションを再アーキテクチャし、コンテナ化して、スケーラブルでモダンなマイクロサービスソリューションへ移行する業務に取り組みます。

We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Architect to work onsite at our client location in Japan (Haken deployment) for a strategic Medical Digital Transformation initiative.

The engineer will work closely with Japanese stakeholders to re-architecting and containerization of monolithic applications into scalable, modern microservice solution.

日本側ステークホルダーとの要件定義、仕様調整、アーキテクチャレビュー
システムのデプロイ、テスト、トラブルシューティング、技術文書作成
医療ソフトウェア規格、データセキュリティ、プライバシー規制の遵守
クライアントとオフショア/グローバルチームの バイリンガルブリッジ役
Work onsite with client's engineering and product teams to support medical digital solution development
Re-architecting them into robust microservice designs, and implement cutting-edge containerization strategies
Participate in requirement discussions, solution proposals, and architecture reviews with Japanese stakeholders
Support system deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Ensure compliance with medical software standards, data security, and privacy regulations
Act as a bilingual bridge between client and offshore/global teams

Work Experience

[応募条件]Requirements

■必須要件■ Must Have

C++およびVisual C++、SQLを用いたソフトウェア開発における10年以上の経験
少なくとも1つのモノリシックアプリケーションをマイクロサービスアーキテクチャに再構築した経験
Dockerコンテナ化または類似技術における2年以上の経験
Docker、containerd、Podmanなどのコンテナ技術に関する深い理解(コンテナイメージの構築、最適化、スキャン方法を含む)が必須
REST、WebSocket(WebAPI)、gRPC、RabbitMQ、Kafkaの経験
Prometheus、Grafana、ELK(Elasticsearch、Logstash、Kibana)などのスタックを使用した監視、ログ記録、トレースの実装経験
Over 10 years of experience in software development using Visual C++, and SQL
Experience refactoring at least one monolithic application into a microservices architecture
Deep understanding of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernates and Podman for more than 5 years (including methods for building, optimizing, and scanning container images) is required
Experience with REST, WebSocket (WebAPI), gRPC, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Experience with medical device software development
