鹿島建物総合管理株式会社からアイデムコーポレーションがお預かりしている求人情報です。

  • 業務内容:

受託管理物件に常駐し、建物内の設備管理業務全般をお任せします。

・各種設備(受変電・空調・消防・機械)の点検、維持管理

・不具合箇所の簡単な小修繕、初期対応

・オーナーおよびテナントとの折衝、対応

・協力会社の管理、マネジメント

・報告書作成業務 等

完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)
