[Client] A Global Indian ICT Service Company based in Tokyo

[Nature of Job] Network-related technical support to end clients/ users

[Company Size] Mid size (~250 employees), more than 25 years in business in Japan

[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time

[Salary Range] million JPY yearly (annual salary package, bonus/ incentive inclusive)

[Work Location] Onsite /end-client office work in central Tokyo. Subject to change depending on the situation. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.

[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly)

[Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team

[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (business level of English, and native level of Japanese). Eligible to work in Japan full time as an engineer at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

Candidates who wish to work as Business analyst or Business analysts in the Banking and Financial Industry and utilize their business knowledge, communication skills, and documentation skills and ability.

Excellent ability to adapt to a new environment. 

Ability to break down ideas into details and work in cooperation with the onsite team (customer side) and offshore members (mainly in India)

銀行・金融業界におけるシニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして優れた業務理解力、コミュニケーション・スキル、ドキュメンテーション力を有する

環境への適応能力が高い

オンサイト(顧客先)とオフショア(主にインド)の混合チームにおいて、アイディアを詳細化したり協力して作業を行うことができる

バイリンガル(日本語と英語)、日本語 : ネイティブレベル英語 : 中級レベル以上

業務経験: 銀行・金融業界向けのIT業界経験、または金融業界における経験5年以上 

銀行・金融業界でのシステム上流工程(業務分析、要件定義)の経験2年以上、もしくは銀行業務オペレーションの業務経験5年以上 

銀行の海外送金に係る法人決済業務の業務知識および経験尚可 

大規模で複雑なプロジェクトにおいて多数・多様なステークホルダー間における調整経験尚可



当業務: 

シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済(SWIFT)の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与

 顧客(業務、ITユーザー)との業務分析と要件定義に関わり、グローバル決済パッケージの導入に要件~設計~テスト支援の様々な段階で業務分析のコンサルティング作業を実施

クライアントのグローバル決済エキスパートのサポートを受け、顧客の要件の文書化支援

顧客とグローバル決済パッケージベンダーの間に立ち、各要件を基にしたソリューション決めを支援

クライアントのオンサイトチーム(バイリンガルBA/PMチーム)およびオフショアチーム(グローバル決済パッケージのエキスパート)と協力してプロジェクトを実行
