なお、データ&アナリティクス部門はIT部門の一部として、NNライフジャパン全体の企業データに関するあらゆるトピックやイニシアティブを統括・推進しています。

データ&アナリティクス部(D&A部)では、データおよびAI利活用を推進しています。すでに、いくつかのAIユースケースを担当しており、データサイエンスだけでなく生成AIのユースケースおよびAIエージェントも開発してきました。今回、生成AIのユースケースおよびAIエージェントの開発をさらに促進させるためにAIエージェントを募集します。

【職務内容】

生成AIを活用したアプリケーションの開発 (RAGなど)
すでに社内ではRAGシステムを開発してきました。そのシステムのプロンプトエンジニアリングやUI/UXをユーザなどからフィードバックを受けて改善する/新規に開発を実施する。具体的には、営業支援のためのためのツールであるAIツールの開発と推進行う。現在このツールマルチエージェント化を進めており、自然言語で業界分析やデータ分析や推論ができるようにしたい。

AIエージェント開発
社内でAIエージェント活用の機運が高まっています。ユーザが簡単に作成できるAIエージェントだけでなく、部署や外部向けにもAIエージェントが展開されていく見込みです。AIエージェントの開発の先駆者となって、Copliot StudioでのAIエージェント作成だけでなく、Pythonなどのコーディングも含めたAIエージェント開発も実施する。AzureまたはDataBricksで主に開発を進める。

保険業界におけるAIまたはデータに関するプロジェクトのリードと推進

保険業界におけるAI・データプロジェクトのリード職務は、業務課題の特定からソリューション設計、モデル開発、実装までを統括する役割。規制対応やリスク管理を考慮し、顧客データを活用した予測モデルや自動化を推進し、業務効率化と収益向上を実現。さらに、部門横断での調整やステークホルダーとの連携を担い、戦略的視点でプロジェクトを成功に導く

Additionally, the Data & Analytics Division, as part of the IT department, oversees and promotes all topics and initiatives related to corporate data across NN Life Japan.

The Data & Analytics Division (D&A Division) is driving the utilization of data and AI. We are already responsible for several AI use cases and have developed not only data science applications but also generative AI use cases and AI agents. We are now looking to recruit AI agents to further promote the development of generative AI use cases and AI agents.

【Job Description】

Development of applications utilizing generative AI (e.g., RAG): 
We have already developed a RAG system internally. We will improve and develop new features for this system based on user feedback regarding prompt engineering and UI/UX.We are developing and promoting an AI tool designed to support sales activities. Currently, we are advancing its multi-agent capabilities so that it can perform industry analysis, data analysis, and reasoning using natural language

AI agent development: 
There is a growing momentum for the utilization of AI agents within the company. We anticipate the deployment of AI agents not only for users to easily create their own but also for departments and external stakeholders. By becoming a pioneer in AI agent development, you will not only create AI agents using Copilot Studio but also engage in coding with Python and other languages for AI agent development. The development will primarily take place on Azure or Databricks.

Leading and promoting AI/data-focused projects in the insurance industry

The role of leading AI and data projects in the insurance industry involves overseeing the entire process from identifying business challenges to solution design, model development, and implementation. It requires consideration of regulatory compliance and risk management while leveraging customer data to drive predictive modeling and automation for operational efficiency and revenue growth. Additionally, the role includes cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery with a strategic perspective.

We have an internal training program called Data Academy, where employees can learn about internal tools. 

If there is a request, there are also opportunities to take external training courses (such as obtaining certification from Microsoft).

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications (including UI/UX).

Experience in developing web applications using Python (recommended), JavaScript, or Java (3 years or more).

Experience in developing AI applications/systems.

Strong interest in the latest AI trends (e.g., prompt engineering).

Native-level Japanese proficiency (listening, reading, writing).

Self-motivated individuals (those who can proactively report, communicate, and consult).

Experience in developing AI agents.
