【業務内容】

<概要>

土地仕入の仕事は、不動産業者様に対して営業を行う法人営業となります。

不動産業者様が、売主(土地所有者)様よりお預かりした土地を当社が買わせていただく仕事です。

未経験でも始めやすい「売る」ではなく「買う」営業のお仕事です。

<具体的な業務内容>

・担当エリア内の不動産仲介業者から情報収集

・用地を選定

・現地で土地の計上や周辺環境の調査

・土地の評価

・仕入れから販売価格までの計画立案

・社内承認を得て契約締結

・社内の部署と連携して住宅を建築

・完成後、不動産仲介業者へ販売促進依頼

業者との関係が構築できれば、こちらから働きかけなくても自然と物件の新たな情報が集まってくるようになります。まずはしっかりと足を運び、信頼を得ることからスタートしましょう。

資格


高卒以上

普通自動車運転免許(AT可)

宅建士(宅地建物取引士)歓迎

マネジメント経験者歓迎

不動産売買営業の経験者歓迎

月給 25万円以上

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり2万5100円~5万円(固定残業時間:17時間10分~33時間19分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

年齢・経験・スキルにより決定

<未経験者>

月給220,100円 +歩合給+各種手当

固定残業代(月17.16時間分/25,100円分含む)超過分は別途支給

<経験者>

月給250,000円 +歩合給+各種手当

※固定残業代(月33.32時間分/50,000円分含む)超過分は別途支給

<資格手当>

宅建手当:30,000円

賞与:年2回(4月・10月)

昇給:年2回(7月・12月)
