今回募集する「Marketing Assistant (マーケティングアシスタント)*有期契約社員」は、日本市場でのマーケティング活動を支援していただくポジションです。

マーケティングイベントの企画・運営、そしてGoogle広告やMeta (Instagram / Facebook)、LinkedInでの広告クリエイティブの作成や広告運用など、幅広い業務にチャレンジできます。

マーケティングのご経験を活かしながら、家庭と仕事、どちらも大事にしながら仕事に取り組めます。

日本国内であれば勤務地は問いません。東京都丸の内にオフィスを設けると同時にフルリモートで仕事ができる環境を整えており、プライベートの時間を大切にしながら社会貢献や自己実現の両立をすることができます。また、リモート環境下ではメンバー同士の関係が希薄になることもありますが、各種Webツールを活用して頻繁にコミュニケーションを取っています。

今回募集するポジションには、子育てをしながら勤務している先輩社員が複数名在籍しています。稼働時間を調整しやすい職場なので「急に家族が体調を崩した」 「子供の行事に参加するのでお休みを取りたい」 といった場合でも、家庭と仕事とをうまく両立されています。

  • 1.運営(オンラインイベントと対面イベントの両方を含む)に必要なランディングページやメール等の作成および運営のサポート
  • 、Meta (Instagram / Facebook)やLinkedIn上の広告設定・運用のサポート
  • 3.イベントや広告等で使用するコピーおよびバナー等のクリエイティブ作成サポート
  • 4.イベントや広告をはじめとしたマーケティング施策における各種テスト実施、効果測定および改善施策に関するサポート
  • 5.各種資料の情報入力、業務整理および、チームへの問い合わせへの対応
  • Web/IT業界での実務経験がある方(Webディレクター・Webマーケター・Webメディア編集・ウェブ広告の運用など)
  • 文章やコピーを考えたりまとめるのが好きな方、得意な方
  • プロジェクトを管理または推進したご経験をお持ちの方(プロジェクト規模は問いません)
  • SlackやGoogle スライド、スプレッドシート、ドキュメント等を用いてフルリモートで業務推進とコミュニケーションを行った経験がある方
  • 複数の業務を並行して行うマルチタスクを得意とする方
  • 学歴不問
  • あると望ましいご経験・スキル
  • オンライン広告運用のご経験(Google、Meta、Xなど)
  • 広告代理店とのコミュニケーションのご経験
  • Canva等のツールを使ってバナー画像制作を行ったご経験

    • 時給:1800円〜

    勤務時間:
    1ヵ月単位の変形労働時間制/月平均所定労働120時間(応相談)
    目安勤務時間:9:00~18:00の間

    週あたりの勤務日数などご相談に応じます。
    始業時間や勤務日数も入社時に相談の上、決定いたします。

    ※試用期間3カ月間(期間中の給与・待遇に差異はありません)。その後は、基本的には3ヶ月ごとの有期契約更新となります。
    ※経験やスキルによっては、試用期間直後に給与UP(時給2000円など)も可能です。

    完全週休2日制(土・日)
    ※週4日勤務なども可能です
