事業会社での実務経験があり、ITツール活用に長けている方
Slack, Notion, タスク管理などのモダンなツールを用いた業務設計・運用ができる方 。
Excel/スプレッドシートでのデータ集計・管理が得意な方 。
「実行力」と「胆力(鈍感力)」がある方
忙しい現場や経営陣に対して、遠慮せず必要なリマインド(催促)を何度も行える方。
変化の多い環境で、未整備な部分を楽しみながら整えていける方。
「経営管理」のキャリアを、実務から積み上げる意欲のある方
総務一筋である必要はありません。
「営業アシスタントとして数字も追っていた」
「小さい会社で全部やっていた」といった
マルチタスク経験者を歓迎します 。

仕事内容
「経営の意思決定を、実行・定着させる」推進役事業成長を支えるバックオフィス基盤の構築と運用業務
【仕事内容】
「経営管理」という職種ですが、
ミッションは「現場の負担を減らし、生産性を上げること」です。
そのためには泥臭い実務も厭わず、自ら手を動かしていただきます 。
・備品管理・購買:PCや周辺機器の手配、オフィス備品の補充、購買フローの管理。
アカウント管理:SaaS(Slack, Notion, Google Workspace等)のアカウント管理。
入退社時のID管理。
・経理業務
請求書作成・発行:現場から上がってきた情報をもとに請求書を作成し、クライアントへ送付。
入金データ作成:銀行口座の入出金明細を確認し、入金消込用のデータを作成
(会計ソフトへのインポート用データ整理など)
※高度な税務判断は税理士が行いますが、その手前の「数字を揃える作業」をお願いします。
・進行管理・タスクプッシュ(重要ミッション)
現場の仕事が忙しく契約書の申請遅れや承認忘れなどがあり
業務にリードが出てしますこともあるので
「完了」を意識し、業務をゴールにより早く到着する手助けをお願いします。

会社の動きを把握した後は、事業部の業務改善(BPR)
