An ideal candidate should be able to identify a potential shipment issue and create a solution, while driving the customer experience without compromising on time.
The candidate should have the basic understanding of logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the verbal and written form.
They will serve as the primary custodians of shipment tracking for the business to final delivery.Key job responsibilities
Continual, tactical communication with key stakeholders to include, but not limited to RAD Operations, Transportation Carriers, Internal BU customers, OTS Supply Chain.
Communication skills are required, enabling the individual to grasp key points in discussions and written materials, engage confidently in everyday interactions, articulate opinions, and present their perspectives effectively.
Demonstrates commitment to and curiosity about the diverse needs of customers, supporting opportunities for all to thrive and leveraging diversity within and across teams.
Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to GTL Logistic Specialist, and GTL Logistics Manager.
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Meet performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Share daily/weekly/monthly metrics as requested.

Basic Qualifications
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
Detail-oriented with high organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience with AWS services
Master's degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or MBA desired
Known industry thought leader
Management experience in global organizations
Ability to build and deliver complex keynote presentations
Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly establish credibility across a large number of technologies and industries
Experienced technology challenger in complex scenario's both internally and externally
Certified professional level in all AWS certifications
