未経験OK研修充実で安心スタート

月給25万円~+平均月収34万で高収入可

交通費全額支給|マイカー通勤もOK

残業・休日研修なしで働きやすさ

完全マンツーマンの丁寧なレッスン

【仕事内容】

・整体×マシンピラティスのパーソナル指導

・受付・予約管理・入会案内など店舗業務

・SNS投稿・イベント企画などの広報業務

・スタジオ内の清掃・整理や簡単な事務処理

・研修・勉強会でのスキル向上

【1日の流れ(例)】

08:45 出勤

予約スケジュールやお客様情報を確認し、スタジオの清掃・準備を行います。

09:00〜 レッスン(2〜3件)

体調や目的に合わせたオーダーメイド指導。小さな変化もお客様と一緒に喜びます。

13:30〜 昼休憩(60分)

14:30〜 事務作業・SNS更新

レッスン記録入力や投稿用写真の選定など、集中して作業を行う時間です。

15:00〜 レッスン(2件)

午後もマンツーマンでサポート。リピーター様からの「効果を実感しています」の声が励みに。

18:00 退勤

片付け・清掃後、ほぼ定時で終了。プライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます。

【La pilatesについて】

La pilates(ラピラティス)は、「整体×マシンピラティス」によるWアプローチで、心身のバランスを整えるパーソナルピラティススタジオです。初心者から上級者まで一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドレッスンを提供し、姿勢改善・柔軟性向上・ボディメイクをサポートします。専任の女性インストラクターがマンツーマンで寄り添い、継続しやすく、効果を実感しやすい環境づくりに力を入れています。

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 56万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
