大手新聞社のコールセンター

新聞の配達状況に関するお問合せにご対応いただくお仕事です

【具体的な対応例】

・「朝刊が届いていないので配達して欲しい」

・「ポストに届いていたが、雨に濡れて破れているので交換して欲しい」

・「引越をしたので届け先の住所を変更して欲しい」

・「今月いっぱいで解約をして欲しい」 など

  • よくあるご質問にはマニュアルが完備されているので、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます

【手厚い研修制度あり】

入社後は座学からスタートし、基本的な知識や対応方法をしっかり学べます。

その後、ロールプレイングやOJTなど段階的にステップアップできる体制が整っており、

「コールセンター初めてで不安…」という方でも安心して業務に入っていただけます

勤務時間詳細

  • 勤務時間

以下のいずれかの時間帯でご勤務いただきます。

・9:00~17:00(実働7時間/休憩1時間)

・11:00~19:00(実働7時間/休憩1時間)

  • 時間帯は固定でも、日によって交互に働くミックス勤務もOK

ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が可能です

  • 勤務日・シフト

・月~日曜の間で週3~5日勤務のシフト制

【研修制度】

未経験でも安心して始められるように、段階を踏んだ研修があります

座学研修(2日間)

基本的な知識や業務内容を学びます。

ロールプレイング研修(2日間)

実際のやりとりを想定して練習

OJT研修(3日間)

先輩と一緒に実務にチャレンジします。

  • マニュアル完備&丁寧なサポート体制あり

休日休暇


・休み希望は毎月提出可能

・有給休暇あり(勤務条件に応じて付与)

地下鉄堺筋線「堺筋本町」駅~徒歩5分、地下鉄堺筋線「北浜」駅~徒歩5分、地下鉄御堂筋線「本町」駅~徒歩8分、京阪線「北浜」駅~徒歩10分

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1308円

  • 交通費:1日上限1,000円まで実費支給
  • 週払いOK(規定あり)

給与例

  • 月収例

@週3日勤務の場合

月収11万9,028円=時給1308円×7時間×13日

@週4日勤務の場合

月収15万5,652円=時給1308円×7時間×17日

※別途交通費として、1日上限1,000円まで実費支給
