【業務内容】
ホテルの責任者である支配人の
補佐役として、総務・経理などの
事務を中心に、お客様対応や
フロントサポート、各部署スタッフとの
コミュニケーションを円滑にし
支配人と共にホテル運営全体を支える
お仕事です。
支配人の不在時などは特に、
事務作業だけにとどまらず
気配りを大切に
様々なホテル内の業務に取り組みます。
スタッフとコミュニケーションを取りながら
ホテル内の出来事を把握し、
円滑に業務が進むよう
支配人をサポートする
縁の下の力持ちのような存在です。

基本給:月給 24万4000円
固定残業代:なし
