自社開発の一棟収益物件(木造アパート・低層RCマンション)が中心。

お客様のニーズに応じて他社物件の売買仲介にも対応します。

年収1,000万円以上のお客様が中心。投資家の方から、これから資産形成を始める方まで様々です。

みなし残業代(⽉45時間分、83,700円~130,000円)を含む。

※超過分は全額⽀給します

※想定年収には業績賞与(2か⽉分)を含む。
