複数社で上場経験(準備も含む)のあるCFOも在籍しているtaskeyでは近い将来でIPOを目指しており、

経理のマネージャー候補として、IPO準備プロセスにおける経理・財務業務全般を牽引していただける方を募集します。

当ポジションでは、事業拡大に伴うチームマネジメントや体制強化もお任せしていく予定です。

【業務内容】

■日常会計業務

■決算関連業務(月次、年次)

■経理体制の構築

■税務申告(税理士との共同)

■予算管理、管理会計

■資本政策、資金調達(株式・借入等)

■投資家向け資料作成補助

また、peepは自社メディアのため、その中から人気の高い作品を定量・定性面の両軸から分析しています。

【給与補足】

月給には、固定残業代84,900円~106,100円(35時間分)、固定深夜残業代4,900円~6,100円(10時間分)を含みますが実際の残業時間平均は月20時間程度です。

※経験・スキルなどを考慮し、決定

※給与改訂:年2回

※組織の確立後、チームが大きくなるにつれ給与体系が変わる可能性あり

※別途ストックオプション(SO)の付与検討

■試用期間最大6ヶ月(期間中は契約社員雇用)

※採用の場合は、正社員への登用を前提として6ヶ月間の契約社員期間がございます
