仕事内容:

【業務内容】

- 新規事業や支店立ち上げに挑戦できる法人営業

- 経営者の課題に寄り添い、単なる物件紹介以上の提案を実施

- 集客は問い合わせ対応やSNS活用、電話・飛び込み営業で潜在ニーズを掘り起こす

- ヒアリングで顧客の背景や希望を丁寧に把握し、本質的な課題を抽出

- 物件紹介から内覧、契約調整、移転後のフォローまで一貫して担当

- 物件は小規模から大型まで幅広く扱い、契約後も長期的な関係構築を目指す

- 土日祝休みで年間休日128日、働きやすい環境

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩12:00~13:00)、所定労働時間8時間、土日祝休み、年間休日128日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、GW休暇、特別休暇、慶弔休暇、産休・育休、有給休暇(入社半年後10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)、介護休暇
