同社は他のリユース企業と異なり、出張買取に強みを持っているため「かくれ資産 」にリーチできる安定した事業基盤を持っています。
【ミッション】
事業責任者、関連会社社長のパートナーとして、事業計画の策定、KPI策定、予実要因分析を通じて、データに基づいた提言をし、継続的にグループ全体が成長し続けるように、ファイナンス側面からリードする仕事です。
【お任せしたい職務内容】
■事業計画の立案、予実管理
■経営層・現場・本社間の調整、合意形成、進捗管理
■KPI設計・管理、レポーティング、業務プロセス改善
■月次のモニタリング業務(予実差異分析、着地見込み、KPI進捗モニタリング等)

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■下記のいずれかのご経験
・従業員数1,000名以上の事業会社でのFP&A、経営管理、経営企画などの部署において、以下どちらか、もしくは両方の経験
全社レベルの経営管理プロセスの構築・運用をリードした経験
事業責任者と共に事業計画を策定し、計画実行に向け、KPIマネジメント、ビジネス状況の把握・分析、各種事業の課題等を抽出、アクション提案や実行、まで一気通貫で実施した経験
・コンサルティングファームにおいて、事業会社の経営戦略立案、経営管理プロセス導入・刷新支援等のご経験
【歓迎要件】
・経営管理プロセス(予算策定、中期経営計画)の導入・刷新経験
・部門横断のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・チームマネジメント経験
・会計士・経理財務実務経験
【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1500 万円
ストックオプション付加
