Job Title
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform the development of comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document and manage requirements through effective communication with stakeholders
- Analyze relevant documentation to ensure a deep understanding of an organization's function and capabilities
- Translate business needs and objectives into actionable project plans and business cases
- Develop functional specifications and non-functional requirements
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the development life cycle

- Exceptional requirement gathering techniques
- Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools used for recording, tracking and managing requirements
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
