2/12(木)より勤務スタート

ゆっくり慌てずに対応できる受電量です

【仕事内容】

三井住友カードのコールセンターで、カードをご利用のお客様からの各種お問い合わせに対応するお仕事です。

<具体的には>

*カードの紛失・盗難に関するお問い合わせ対応

*再発行や退会手続きなどへの対応

*利用明細の確認

*身に覚えがないご利用のお問い合わせ対応

*カードが使えないときの原因確認とご案内

*カードの解約・年会費免除の手続き

*住所や口座など登録情報変更の受付

*WEB明細やアプリ登録のご案内

*暗証番号の照会 など

※会員様からの電話対応がメインですが、

必要に応じて折り返し発信や

書類の発送手配なども行います。

※1時間あたりの対応件数:5件

※1件あたりの対応時間:6分程度、後処理時間:4分程度

【高時給1650円】

週5日のフルタイム勤務で時給1650円

コールセンター経験を活かして高収入を得るチャンスです

1日7時間の勤務で月収23万円以上も可能です

【働きやすい17時半までのシフト】

9:45~17:30の働きやすい時間帯のシフトで、退勤後のプライベートも充実します。

残業も月平均10時間程度と少なめ

また、入社後しばらくは平日のみの勤務・土日祝休みとなります。

【オシャレも楽しめるオフィス】

オフィス内では私服で勤務可能

デニムやスニーカーもOKで、自由度が高めです。

髪型・髪色やネイルも、派手過ぎなければOK。

<研修期間>

*座学研修:10日間

*OJT研修:1ヶ月間

※研修時間:9:45~17:30(土日祝休み)

※初回契約期間(2/12~3/31)は研修時給1600円、入社月の翌々月から基本時給

※習得状況によりOJTは後ろ倒しの可能性有

9:45~17:30

※実働7時間・休憩45分

※残業ほぼなし/月平均10時間

  • 入社後しばらくは平日のみ勤務
  • 将来的に土日祝含むシフト勤務へ変更の可能性あり

週休2日制/シフト制

※研修期間中は土日祝休み

※シフトは毎月15日提出、25日頃確定

※希望休は月2~3日まで申請可能

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1650円

※初回契約期間(2/12~3/31)は研修時給1600円

  • 交通費規定支給(月5万円まで)
  • 残業代1分単位で支給
