具体的には以下の通りです。
・バックエンド・フロントエンドを問わず、仕様実現のために必要なコードを書く
・ソフトウェア設計を行う
・仕様の議論に参加する
・アーキテクチャ・インフラの構成を考え、コードに落とし込む
・エンジニアリングチームだけではなくデザイナーやサポートのメンバーとコミュニケーションを行い、円滑に開発を進行する
・チーム開発の中心として開発を牽引し、ふり返りを通じてチーム開発プロセスの改善に貢献する
・チームメンバーのオンボーディングや成長のために情報提供や指導を行う

・コードを書くだけではなく、その先のユーザーの立場に立ち、当事者意識を持って意思決定ができる方
