Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding of new large-scale services (> 3,000 BMaaS nodes) to the Search Platform
- Design and maintain the search service, including configuration, tuning, and deployment
- Customize and optimize search services based on user requirements
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues on the search platform
- Enhance operational workflows through automation
- Monitor and maintain services to meet SLAs
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver and manage configuration automation
- Develop and document processes for improving services continuously
- 3+ years of experience in maintaining Linux servers
- Proficiency in operating services developed in Java
- Ability to write shell scripts
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems
- Business-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 800)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools
- Understanding of system performance tuning
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Software development experience in any programming language
- Experience in running services on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus
- Exposure to technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Solr, Cassandra, or Kafka
