Using AI-powered, human-designed conversation flows across chat platforms, Zeals enables brands to build personalized, automated conversations with their consumers and develop a deeper understanding of their preferences while creating a delightful, seamless shopping experience. We're looking for a small group of elite teams to build the foundation of our global expansion.

Your Typical Day With Us

• Ensuring our entire system and infrastructure are both functional and thoroughly available
• Designing infrastructure that can scale in tandem with our growing business needs
• Continuously improving CI/CD pipelines
• Promoting best practices and engineering excellence
• Works closely with IaC whilst managing multiple environments it possesses
• Vigilant and attentive toward our security
• Monitor existing system, serving as a first responder to any potential incident

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience working with either AWS or GCP
• 5+ years of experience with monitoring systems, we use Grafana
• At least a year of proven experience with troubleshooting databases, preferably MongoDB and Elastic.
• At least a year of experience working with Kubernetes
• At least a year of experience with CI/CD pipelines, we use Github Actions, Helm and Argo CD
• At least a year of programming in any language, we use Go, Bash, and Python
• Currently eligible to work in Japan
• Business-level English

What Makes You Stand Out

• Infrastructure as code, especially Terraform
• Experience developing Kubernetes operators
• Basic Japanese language skills
• MongoDB monitoring and querying
