【募集背景】
当社は、オフィスを中心とした商業用不動産領域でプロダクトを展開する不動産テック企業です。
不動産事業者向けにオフィスデータ分析基盤の「マーケット調査」というSaaSを開発しており、2022年1月に10億円の資金調達を行ったシリーズA以降、私たちはオフィス領域の様々な課題に挑む「マルチプロダクト戦略」を進めています。
現在、コンパウンドスタートアップとして複数プロダクトの並列立ち上げを加速しています。
この戦略の実行にあたっては事業推進のドライバーとなるセールス/カスタマーサクセス領域における生産性の向上が欠かせません。
また、単一のお客様が複数のプロダクトを契約いただくケースも増えてきている中で、多数のユーザと多数のプロダクト開発チームとの間で情報流通がしづらい構造となっており、
お客様の声を機能改善に活かしていく仕組みについても改善の余地があります。
このような状況の中、課題となってきているのがサービスの信頼性です。数多くのサービスでそれぞれ立ち上がっているインフラの管理、SLO制定などを含めたサービス信頼性の定義と運用、統一的な監視と迅速な検知の仕組み、セキュリティを含めた管理の安定化、情報漏洩対策、
その他セキュリティを考慮したアーキテクチャなど、幅広い範囲の課題があり、SREとしての実践的な知見と腕力が必要となっています。
現在SREチームは2名体制です。不動産領域の課題解決のため、ともに SREing を担ってくださる方を募集します。
■具体的な業務内容
AWSを用いた新規サービスの構築/既存サービスの改修や運用
障害検知やキャパシティプランニングのためのモニタリング環境の構築、運用
開発者体験を向上するための各種基盤・ツールの開発、運用
セキュリティ面でのクライアントとの質疑応答、改善事項の実現
アプリケーションやミドルウェアの運用、パフォーマンスの改善

・SRE として立ち上げ・改善等を成し遂げた経験。例として以下の一つなど
・Observability の改善経験
・SLO を定め、運用した経験
・CI/CD 環境のゼロからの構築、改善等の経験
・DB クエリなどについて、開発チームと協調してパフォーマンスを改善した経験
・Docker を利用した運用経験
・Infrastructure as Code の実務経験
・パブリッククラウドサービス (AWS, Azure, GCP) での構築・運用経験
【歓迎スキル】
・ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてチーム開発を行った経験
・マネジメントやチームリードの経験
・自作ソフトウェアの公開や有名リポジトリへの貢献など、 OSS 活動経験
・登壇、大会(CTF, ISUCON 等)への出場など、対外活動の経験
