【募集内容】
以下の業務をご担当いただく、フィールドアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します。
本ポジションは、顧客の業務課題を理解し、技術的観点から最適な提案・構成設計を行い、現場でのロボット導入を支援します。PoCや試運転で性能を確認し、設置・調整・操作指導を実施。導入後も稼働状況のモニタリングや改善提案を行い、技術と現場をつなぐ橋渡しとして、ロボット運用の成功に貢献します。
・自社ロボットソリューション(機器本体を含め)の現場導入/カスタマイズ、システム稼働テスト
・自社製品でのソリューションデザイン、提案、クライアントと開発チーム間の折衝
・Linuxベースのロボット、Android、クラウドを含むシステムの運用支援
入社後、まずは製品や現場に慣れてもらい、本人のスキルに応じて業務をお任せしていきます。

【必須条件】
・日本語能力試験N2レベル以上
・顧客の要望に応じた技術提案やトラブルシューティング経験

・FAEとしての職務経験
・ERPやWMSなどBtoBシステムの導入支援経験
・中国語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,300〜¥114,700(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
年2回賞与あり(6月、12月)
