Background
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented corporate planning professional to support decision-making at the executive level and drive company-wide initiatives. In response to rapidly growing markets and increasingly complex regulations, the role focuses on sustaining corporate value through business expansion, governance enhancement, IPO preparation, and M&A strategy. The ideal candidate will contribute to solving cross-functional challenges and serve as a driver of growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of company-wide corporate strategies and medium-term business plans
- Develop and promote growth strategies based on market and competitive analysis
Plan budgets, monitor performance, and track KPIs
Ensure transparency of company performance metrics and propose improvements
Plan and execute capital strategies, IPO preparation, and M&A initiatives
Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support post-merger integration
Manage key corporate meetings such as shareholder meetings and board meetings
Prepare meeting materials and support executive decision-making
Plan and execute high-priority projects under the direct supervision of the executive team
- Be flexible to assume responsibilities across different areas as needed
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in corporate planning at a company or financial institution
- 5+ years of practical experience at a strategy consulting firm or investment bank
- Experience in developing and executing corporate strategies and medium-term business plans
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in financial analysis, budget management, and KPI design
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain-related industries
- Experience in driving projects related to capital strategies, IPO preparation, or M&A
- Experience collaborating with overseas offices or supporting global business initiatives using English
