【雑貨販売スタッフ】バッグ・キャリーケース・小物の販売スタッフ募集
Allamanda北千住店にて、店長候補として勤務して頂ける方を募集しております。
キャリーケース、レディースバッグ、メンズバッグ等の販売、店舗運営(Allamanda)をお願い致します。
自社ブランド(idadi)関連商品の企画、製造、輸入卸売販売も行っています。
店舗勤務の業務内容は次の通りです。
・キャリーケース、レディースバッグ、メンズバッグなどの販売・接客業務
・商品の発注、納品、検品、品出し、在庫管理など
・売上予算の設定や売上実績の報告など(店舗予算はあるけどノルマはなし)
・ディスプレイ陳列、POP作成、季節ごとの売場づくり
・スタッフのシフト管理、マネジメント、新人教育など
・その他、商店街で必要な業務など

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 23日
店舗営業時間外の勤務は基本的にありません。
残業は基本的に月20時間以内です。

週休2日制(休日はシフトによる)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 20万円 〜 25万円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり1万円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり1時間 〜 20時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
