  • 現場の中心として、スケジュールの最適化や課題解決を行い、

    チーム全体が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境づくりをお願いします。

  • 各セクション(作画・美術・CG・色彩・

撮影・編集等)との連絡・打ち合わせ

  • 素材納品スケジュールおよび

進行状況の管理

  • 作品クオリティの確認・調整
  • 制作予算の管理
  • 新人スタッフの指導、

マニュアル作成

  • アニメーターへの営業・外部スタッフとの折衝
