仕事内容:

ニッチな自社製品、製作製品が多いですが何かしら自分たちが関わってるインフラやギフトの世界を中心とした特殊な製品/印刷物を製作しております。

又海外から(米国・中国、その他外国)の輸入商品の代理店販売を行っております。

固そうな業界にみえますが工業からギフトとかなり幅広く対応しており、少数ながらDXを駆使して業務効率を図っておりますので興味のある方は気軽にご応募下さい。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・一般事務/業務/経理補助

電話応対、受注や発注のメール対応/整理、社内受注管理システム登録

納品書、請求書管理

・エクセル、ワード等(Google Sheet,Documentなども有)、基本的な操作

入ってから覚えてもらっても構いません。

・一部受注図面の理解、読解(PDFやエクセル等できた文書、一部CAD図面など)

・実際の製作の補助(ある場合があります、簡易なプリンタの操作など)

・製品の荷物整理、受入整理、出荷作業全般(若干重い荷物がございます)

アプケーションの操作方法などしらなくても、

かなり簡易的にしか使わないためすぐに覚えることができると思います。

(未経験でも問題ありません)

基本的には外回りなどの営業はありませんが、慣れてきますと補助

としてついてくるなどの業務がある場合がございます。

・基本残業はありません

・ものづくり全般について学ぶことが可能です。

・事務業務の作業中心ですが、

社内でも受託製造にて小型のレーザー加工機、各種業務用インクジェット機、大型複合カッティングプロッタ、3Dスキャナ、3Dプリンタ、スクリーン印刷など、基本的な受託印刷製造業での設備をしているため、機械加工に興味がある方も歓迎です。

アピールポイント:

・製造場所は別の事務所となっており、今回の赤坂本社では通常のオフィスと

同じです。入社前にどちらの場所も見学可能です。(※面談は世田谷事務所で行います)

・現在の募集職種とは関係ありませんが、少数の会社のため、求める人材にある

デザイン一般、モノづくり/ハンドメイドが好きな方、イラストや漫画(これから目指している方など)等別スキルの理解も弊社代表が知見をもっているため働きやすきと思います。

・デザイン、プロダクトを考えるのが好きな方

・受託系、販売系(オンライン含む)、製造業、データ入力、モノづくり全般経験がある方

・PC操作出来る方

・イラストレーター、フォトショップ、CAD、3DCG等経験がある方

・簿記、会計事務/業務の経験がある方

・英語、中国語ができる方

・生成AIなど、AIを使うのが大好きな方

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間:9時~17時

(所定労働時間:7時間)

休業時間:60分(12時~13時)

週5日のフルタイム勤務
