仕事内容:
【仕事内容】
・遺品整理業務全般。遺族の意向を尊重し、遺品の仕分けや整理を行います。
・家具や日用品の整理、荷物の積込み、書類整理、清掃作業を担当。
・お客様との打ち合わせから作業完了報告まで一連の流れを担当します。
【入社後の流れ】
・1~3か月のOJT研修で現場の基本を学び、先輩のサポート役として実務を経験。
・3か月目からはトラック運転やお客様対応を行い独り立ち。
・その後はメイン担当、大口案件担当、チームリーダーへとキャリアアップ可能。
【働く環境】
・20~30代が中心で未経験者多数。
・AT・MTトラック運転あり。
・休日出勤はほとんどありません。

勤務時間・曜日:
8:20-17:20、1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制、休憩60分、週の平均労働時間40時間以下、シフト制(月9日)、年次有給休暇(入社6か月で10日間付与〜最大20日)、年末年始休暇(7日)、夏季休暇(3日)、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、慶弔休暇
