同社タイトルの分析担当として、以下業務をお任せいたします。
【具体的には】
・他社競合タイトルの仕様調査およびデータ分析
競合ゲームの構造や運用方針を分析し、その設計思想や成果を理解する
自社ゲームの方向性・現状と照らし合わせたうえで、
どの要素を取り入れるべきか、避けるべきかを判断する
リスクや期待される効果を定量的に評価し、具体的な改善提案として運営チームに共有する
・ゲーム内データ(KPI、ユーザー行動など)をもとにした課題抽出・施策立案
・データ分析を用いたイベント施策やガチャ設計の最適化支援
・分析対象や得られた情報に応じて「どこを深掘るべきか」「どの視点を追加すべきか」などを
柔軟に判断し、必要な情報の幅と深さを設計・提案する
・分析結果に基づく意思決定の推進
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ SQLやPython等の言語を使ったデータ分析経験(2年以上目安)
・ 期限に対する意識が高く、計画性と柔軟性の両立ができる方
・ 分析結果を施策提案や意思決定にまで落とし込める方
【歓迎】
・ スマホアプリ(ゲーム含む)を対象とした分析経験
・ 他社タイトルの仕様をリバース的に分析し、強み、リスクを含めた考察ができる力
・ 施策実行に向けた分析と提案を通じ、プロジェクトに具体的な影響を与えてきた経験
・ 「狭く深く」よりも「広く、かつ深く」物事を捉える力がある方
・ 論理的思考と柔軟性を併せ持ち、現場の状況やリスクも踏まえて判断できる方
【給与】
年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
