仕事内容:

ご経験に応じて以下の業務を段階的にお任せします:

  • 会計ソフトを活用した仕訳・記帳業務
  • 月次・四半期・年次決算(制度会計)対応
  • 支払・請求書管理、経費精算業務
  • 資金繰り表の作成・更新、銀行口座管理
  • 部門別会計の導入と運用(店舗別損益管理)
  • 税理士・監査法人との連携
  • 新規事業に対応した経理・会計処理フローの構築
  • 上場準備に係る決算対応及び内部統制整備
  • 効率化のための業務改善

【必須要件】

  • 経理・会計業務の実務経験(3年以上)
  • Excelスキル(SUMIF, VLOOKUP, ピボットテーブル等)
  • 簿記2級相当以上の会計知識(資格がない場合は相当の実務経験でも可)
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方(意欲があれば資格不問)

勤務時間・曜日:

  • コアタイムを含む、1日8時間労働

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝)、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、クリスマスおよび旧正月休暇※試用期間以降の正社員対象

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,600,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000〜¥100,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収 360万円~1000万円

※前職でのご年収と同一かそれ以上支給いたします。

※経験・能力を最大限考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

※月給に40時間分の固定残業代(基本給に応じて変動)を含み、超過分は別途支給します。

昇給:随時(パフォーマンスに基づき実施)

賞与:年2回~3回(一般職年2回、総合職・管理職年3回)
