【主な業務内容】

QAプロセスエンジニアとして、日本のデジタルバンキングの未来を形作り、これまで以上に使いやすく、ユーザーフレンドリーにすることが私たちのゴールです。

本求人では、品質担保の施策を行うための開発及び品質プロセスの策定をしていただきます。

・開発(CI/CD含む)・QAプロセスの策定

・テスト計画・不具合報告・リリース判定

・機能要求や非機能要求に対してのテストケースの計画・作成・実行

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・QAもしくは開発経験 (3年以上)

・ソフトウェア開発プロセスまたはQAプロセスの策定経験

・ISTQB(JSTQBも含む) Fouldation Levelの資格取得者もしくは同等の知識がある

・情報処理系、またはコンピュータサイエンス系の学士卒業、もしくは同等の知識

・グローバルな開発環境におけるコミュニケーションへの興味・関心開発は海外拠点と共同で行うため、業務上英語を使用する場面あり※入社時にTOEIC等のスコアは求めません

・シフトレフトを中心においた新たな時代のQA戦略に興味のある方

・海外拠点の外国人エンジニアと密接にコミュニケーション取ることをチャレンジと捉え、グローバルなQAのスタイルに挑戦したい方
