職務内容
■国内外における、電力・資源・インフラ事業を対象としたプロジェクトファイナンスのアレンジ業務及びアドバイザリー業務
■輸出や海外事業を対象としたECAファイナンスのアレンジ業務
- 顧客(スポンサー・借入人・輸出者等)に対するセールス・折衝
- 各種デューディリジェンス
- キャッシュフローモデリング
- ドキュメンテーション
- 審査部門等、行内関係者との折衝
- シンジケーション(他金融機関との折衝)
- ECA(輸出信用機関)との折衝
理想の人材
【必要要件】
- 太陽光・洋上風力・ガス火力発電等の電力事業、オイル・ガス、鉱物資源等のエネルギー事業、道路・空港・鉄道等のインフラ事業に関する業界知見を有する方
- 金融機関等においてコーポレートファイナンス、プロジェクトファイナンス、ECAファイナンス、買収ファイナンス、不動産ファイナンス、証券化等のストラクチャードファイナンス業務経験を有する方
【希望要件】
- 金融機関等において、ファイナンスに係る業務経験があることが望ましい
- 電力・資源エネルギー・インフラ事業に関するプロジェクトファイナンスのアレンジ業務及びアドバイザリー業務経験
- ECAファイナンスのアレンジ業務経験
