Key Accountabilities

Primary role will focus on installs, repairs, maintenance, validation and qualifications of multi-vendor equipment at customer site.
Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance for customers including warranty services within a prescribed time frame and established maintenance protocols
Drive toward zero service recalls
Maintain updated documentation around dispatch, inventory and service support functions of the job
Perform timely uploads and downloads of required data to ensure the integrity of service system(s)
Accountable for assigned company assets to include tools, test equipment (MTE), telecommunication equipment, assigned service parts inventory, etc.
Proactively develop technical and soft skills to maintain and enhance PerkinElmer's value proposition to the customer
Develop organization awareness of other functional groups and product lines to direct customers or others to appropriate resources
Seek higher level certification through participation in company sponsored training & development offerings
Complete all administrative tasks to include but not limited to time reporting, LMS trainings, etc.

Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions, read and understand technical bulletins and service manuals, work under time constraints, maintain alertness and concentration, work safely with potential electrical, chemical, radiologic, and biologic hazards using universal precautions

Key Capabilities Required


Academic Qualifications:
Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline including military experience and 1+ years of experience OR
High School Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience Work Experience:3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining equipment
Exposure to analytical equipment and/or lab environment
Knowledge of laboratory safety practices
Vendor issued certification on relevant laboratory equipment

サービスシステムの整合性を確保するため、必要なデータのアップロードおよびダウンロードを適時実施します。
ツール、試験機器(MTE)、通信機器、割り当てられたサービス部品在庫など、担当する会社資産の管理責任を負います。
顧客に対するPerkinElmerの価値提案を維持・強化するため、技術スキルおよびソフトスキルを積極的に開発します。
他の機能グループや製品ラインに関する組織的な理解を深め、顧客や関係者を適切なリソースへ案内します。
会社が提供する研修・開発プログラムへの参加を通じて、より高いレベルの認定取得を目指します。
勤怠報告、LMS研修などを含むすべての管理業務を完了します。
日常業務における健康・安全、セキュリティ、環境、運用面でのトレーニングとコンプライアンスを維持します。

学歴要件:
応用科学、生物学、化学、電子工学、数学、工学、情報技術、または関連分野(軍経験を含む)の準学士号を取得し、1年以上の実務経験を有すること または
高校卒業または同等の学歴を有し、3年以上の関連業務経験を有すること


職務経験:
機器の修理および保守に関する3年以上の経験
分析機器やラボ環境での業務経験
ラボの安全管理に関する知識
関連するラボ機器に関するベンダー認定資格
