As a Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will carry out repairs, routine inspections, delivery, sales promotion of customer service items, and customer training for our analyzers.

Perform on-site analyzer inspection, repair, and delivery. Manage clerical tasks and respond to customer inquiries for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers in Japan.
Required Experience/Skills
Ability to engage in direct and indirect communication with pertinent individuals both within and outside the organization.
Proficiency with common tools.
General computer knowledge.
Standard driver's license and daily driving experience.
Ability to read manuals in English and make inquiries in English to overseas factories.
Desirable Experience/Skills
Experience as an analytical instrument service engineer or in application support.
Previous work background in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing facilities or research institutions, along with proficiency in operating laboratory equipment.
