仕事内容:

塗装の基本から丁寧に学べる職場です

大手物流企業「栃木陸送」グループの信栄商事で、トラックの塗装業務全般を担当していただきます。

確認・修理から下地処理、塗装、仕上げまで、車体を美しく仕上げるすべての工程を経験できます。

入社後は、基本の「キ」からスタート。道具や機材の使い方、塗装用薬品の取り扱い方法、安全ルールなど、

必要な知識をしっかり学べます。最初はマスキングなど、シンプルな工程からお任せし、

スキルに応じて丁寧にレクチャーしていくので、未経験の方も安心です。

1日の流れで実感する、働きやすさ

・8:30 出社、作業内容をチェック

・8:45 工場長からの指示や情報共有

・9:30 トラックを取りに行って構内へ移動(午前はマスキング作業)

・12:00 休憩

・13:00 午後は塗装・乾燥作業

・17:00 片付け・翌日準備

・17:30 退社

3名1組での作業で、平均1.5〜3台の車両を手掛けます。

基本残業なしで定時退社が可能、3月・6月・9月の繁忙期でも1日1時間程度(月20時間程度)と、

プライベートとの両立がしっかり図れます。
