マーケティングディビジョンは、70以上のサービスを有する楽天グループのメンバーシップバリュー、エコシステムの拡大をミッションに、グループ横断組織としてブランド、クリエイティブ、マーケティング、メンバーシップをリードしています。

部署・サービスについて
マーケティング企画本部は、楽天モバイルのプランやプロダクトの戦略立案とそれを実現するまでをリードする組織です。

配属予定のビジネスインキュベーション部のミッションは数年先を見据えた、新たなサービス、ビジネスの企画開発や社外との協業による他にない契約獲得手法を確立することです。

日本の通信業界に風穴を開け、変革させ続けている楽天モバイルで、「新規企画の立ち上げ」に携われるポジションです。

大手3キャリアが強力なマーケティング施策を打ち出す中、他社が真似できない楽天ならではの新規企画によるインキュベーションが必要であり、その先陣を切っていただけるメンバーを幅広く募集します。

・マーケティングや営業など今までの経験をフル活用し、社会にインパクトのあるチャレンジをしたい方

・データに基づきロジカルに企画立案し、運用開始後はパッションをもって推進できる方

・ニーズを先読みし、今はまだないサービスやプロダクト、施策を立案したい方

業務内容
立ち上げて間もない「代理店企画」をグロースさせる役割を担っていただきます。

業務に慣れ、関係各所との関係構築を経て、新規事業の開発にもチャレンジしていただきます。

■代理店企画

・語学学校やVISAサポート企業とアライアンスを組み、在日外国人の契約獲得を延伸

・保険代理店とアライアンスを組み、シニア層の契約獲得を延伸

・新たな代理店企画の立案

■新規事業開発

・社会やパートナー企業、ユーザーの課題を発掘

・課題解決につながる、サービスや施策の企画

・PoCの実行、検証

・拡大計画の立案、運用

必須要件:
・大卒以上

・社会人経験2年以上

・営業経験、またはビジネスコンサルティングの実務経験

・日本語、英語両方でのビジネス経験

歓迎要件:
・事業開発経験

・企画提案/ソリューション提案/コンサルティング営業の経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・多様なステークホルダーとの交渉、調整の経験

・チームビルディングスキル

・状況の変化に対するフレキシブルな対応力

・パワーポイント、エクセルのスキル
