業務について
▼組織・チーム紹介
PayPay証券の社員がよりよく働ける環境づくりを担う部署で、総務業務担当は3名で構成されています。

▼具体的な業務内容
PayPay証券の企画管理部にて、総務業務全般を担当していただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
- オフィスファシリティ・総務業務(オフィスファシリティ管理、オフィス構築、執務環境管理等)
- 文書管理(契約書管理、社内規程管理、社外倉庫管理等)
- 取引先管理(取引先審査、管理)
- 稟議申請受付(要件チェック等)
- 会社法関係業務(取締役会・株主総会事務局業務、法人登記申請、法令開示書類作成)
- 知的財産管理(商標・特許管理)
- 安否確認(災害時等の社員安否確認取りまとめ等)
- 各種対外報告(各省庁調査回答、親会社宛各報告等)

- スーパーフレックス制(コアタイム無し)
- 原則:午前9時~午後17時45分(実働7.75時間+休憩時間 1時間)
休日
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
- 有給休暇(入社時付与あり/入社月に応じて1日〜10日付与)
- 夏季休暇(2日/原則7/1-9/30の間に取得/入社月に応じて変動あり)
- 年末年始休暇(12/31-1/3)

- 年俸制
