  • コールセンターでのテレフォンオペレーター募集
  • 通信販売の注文受付業務

【お仕事内容】

*お客様からの注文受付や問い合わせの対応(インバウンド業務)

*化粧品、健康食品、サプリメント、ご当地食品、便利グッズ、アパレル関連、雑貨など様々な商品を扱っています。

*ホームページ、SNS、テレビ、ラジオなどいろいろな媒体を見たお客様から商品のご注文が入ります。

*ご注文内容や数量など決まった確認事項のヒヤリング。

*お客様からの質問への回答。

*ご注文確定などをお願いします

  • 確認事項は決まっていますので、順番通りに聞いていくだけです
  • 質問への回答は事前研修やマニュアルがあるので慌てずに対応できますよ

  • 常に周りにシッカリしたサポートがあるのでご安心ください

  • 経験者も未経験者も大歓迎

  • 商品知識やシステムの使用方法などは事前研修で丁寧に教わります
  • 基本は固定した商品の受付です
  • 分からない事があれば近くにリーダーや社員さんがいるのでスグにフォローしてもらえます
  • 状況を見ながら受付件数も調整してもらえます

  • 未経験の方でも安心して働ける環境が整っています

  • シフト交代制

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1600円 〜 2000円

  • 今なら特別時給2,000円スタート

(入社後1ヶ月間その後は通常時給)

  • 月収例)

*時給2,000×8時間×22日=352,000

*時給2,000×5時間×12日=120,000

  • 入社後すぐに高時給
  • 何かと不安定な仕事変わりも安心です

【やっぱり働くなら高時給】

  • キャンペーン時給で高時給スタート
  • その後も 時給1,600円 と高時給
  • 交通費は別途支給
