Job Description

  • Analyze purchase data and formulate customer development strategies
  • Lead various projects to enhance the shopping experience and promote repeat purchases
  • Collaborate with cross-sectoral teams and businesses to drive strategic initiatives

Main Activities

  • Promote the development of light/middle users and expand shopping areas
  • Create mechanisms for repeat purchases and tailor communication to user needs
  • Enhance loyalty programs and build sustainable relationships with loyal customers
  • Improve the value of loyalty points and engage users beyond points rewards

Work Environment

Join a team with diverse backgrounds including media planners, marketers, consultants, and CRM professionals

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of work experience
  • Strong data analysis and team management skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in business, advertising, or consulting
  • Proven track record in project and budget management
  • Organizational leadership experience

Additional Information

Location: Rakuten Crimson House, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo

English Qualification: TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or equivalent proficiency

If proof of English proficiency is not available, a TOEIC IP Test will be administered during the selection process.
