Job Description
- Analyze purchase data and formulate customer development strategies
- Lead various projects to enhance the shopping experience and promote repeat purchases
- Collaborate with cross-sectoral teams and businesses to drive strategic initiatives
Main Activities
- Promote the development of light/middle users and expand shopping areas
- Create mechanisms for repeat purchases and tailor communication to user needs
- Enhance loyalty programs and build sustainable relationships with loyal customers
- Improve the value of loyalty points and engage users beyond points rewards
Work Environment
Join a team with diverse backgrounds including media planners, marketers, consultants, and CRM professionals
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum five years of work experience
- Strong data analysis and team management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Marketing experience in business, advertising, or consulting
- Proven track record in project and budget management
- Organizational leadership experience
Additional Information
Location: Rakuten Crimson House, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
English Qualification: TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or equivalent proficiency
If proof of English proficiency is not available, a TOEIC IP Test will be administered during the selection process.
