・人事採用部 リクルーター職

新卒/中途採用の双方を担当

【業務内容】

新卒または中途採用業務を、適性に応じて一気通貫で担当します。各部門責任者と連携し、人材獲得戦略の立案から求人票作成、母集団形成、選考進捗管理、面談対応、オファー条件調整までを推進します。人材紹介、スカウト、リファラル、採用広報など多様なチャネルを活用した施策のPDCAを回し、採用目標達成を目指します。経験に応じて、採用メンバーの育成や採用広報業務を担当する可能性もあります。

【報酬・給与帯】

・月給:35万円〜50万円

・理論年収:420万円〜600万円

・給与内訳

  • 基本給:245,000円〜350,000円

  • 職務手当:15,000円〜21,000円

  • 定額残業代:90,000円〜129,000円(45時間分)

・45時間超過分の時間外手当は別途支給

・各ポジション1〜2名程度

・年間で数十名規模の採用を想定

【必須条件・求めるスキル】

・大学卒業以上

・営業経験または人事経験(2年以上)
