プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、プロダクトデザイナー、QAエンジニア、プロダクトライターとも密に連携し、チームワークを活かして効率よく品質の高いものづくりを実現しています。

チームメンバーはスプリントごとに実施されるスクラムイベントに参加し、スプリント計画の策定や成果物のレビュー、振り返りなどを行います。モブプログラミングやスクラムイベントはすべてビデオ会議で開催され、メンバーは全国各地のオフィスや自宅から参加します。
