【職務概要】
青森、福島、いわき、横須賀、平塚、長岡、和歌山、高知、徳島、熊本に加えて、今期は沖縄、岐阜、奈良にも加盟店を続々と拡大中
法人営業として、加盟店の運営サポート、新規開拓を行います。
「ルート営業のみ」「数値管理のアドバイスのみ」のイメージではなく、接客の方法、セールストークアドバイス、時には着物の知識をアドバイス。また外販の際には設営から当日の販売接客まで。
加盟店オーナー様と一緒に企画や仕入れ商品を考え、お互いにとってWinWinとなる売上拡大を全力サポート。
直営店と同じくらい手厚いサポートを全力で行いながら、それでいて加盟店に合わせた自由な提案を行える。そんな面白さが感じられるお仕事です。
<加盟店の概要>
加盟店としてアプローチするのは、地域の写真館や結婚式場、美容院のオーナー様。大手写真館に顧客が奪われる今、一蔵でデザインしたオリジナリティの高い振袖を扱う事で差別化につながり、新たな顧客獲得を実現することができるなど、双方にとって良い関係性を構築していく事ができます。

9:00~18:00(フレックス勤務可 ※コアタイムなし)※原則は平日9時~18時ですが、時間は応相談。

《年間休日115日相当》月8~10日(基本土日休み)、祝日(成人の日は出勤)、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、有給休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児・介護に関する休暇、計画有給取得5日間
