お客様へのご提案が中心になります。

《仕事内容》

お客様の理想のお部屋探しをお手伝いし、

新生活をサポートするお仕事です

お客様からの問い合わせ対応

⇒お客様からのご連絡に対応します。

業務割り振り

⇒店長が担当者に問い合わせを振り分けます。

ご来店~ヒアリング

⇒ご来店いただいたお客様に、

希望の間取りや予算、広さなどを

丁寧にヒアリング。

物件ピックアップ

⇒データベースを使って、

条件に合う物件をピックアップ。

内覧のご案内

⇒気になる物件があれば、一緒に内覧へ。

契約手続き

⇒お客様が物件を決めたら、

担当者としてご契約手続きを進めます。

・物件の写真撮影

【給与・待遇】

経験・能力を考慮し決定します

月給:25万円 ~ 80万円+インセンティブ

・基本給:23万2,800円~

・固定残業代10時間含む

400万円~1000万円

・賞与年2回(7月・12月)

・昇給あり

→売上の20%相当額から

固定給を引いた金額を支給

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥17,100〜¥23,900(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
