施工計画書の作成

(工程表・安全計画・施工手順の整理)

計画に基づいた工程管理・進捗確認

(無理な短納期は組みません)

労働災害ゼロを継続するための現場安全管理

設計図・仕様書に基づいた品質管理

(検査・是正対応含む)

工事原価・資材使用状況の管理

各種書類の整備、検査対応、行政との調整

協力会社への指示・工程調整

7時45分〜17時15分(休憩90分含む)

残業月10時間程度

■完全週休2日制(社内カレンダーによる 年間休日125日)

元請案件メインです。現場は熊本県近隣市町村ですので、転勤等はありません。

給与:

月収270,000円~480,000円は6000円の2級施工管理技士の資格手当を含みます

・交通費支給あり

【20代でも月30万円以上もらえる人も多数】

・24歳 6年目 月30.2万円

基本給:21万円

現場手当:4万円

資格手当6000円

家賃補助:3万円

時間外:1.6万円 (10時間)

・28歳 10年目 月35万円

基本給:24万円

現場:6.5万円

資格:1万円 (技士補)

現場配置1.5万円

時間外:3万円 (12時間)
