The Head of Digital Patient Experience at Takeda plays a crucial role in developing innovative digital strategies to enhance patient and donor engagement. This position drives the optimization of digital patient interactions, from initial discovery to ongoing support.

  • Develop engaging digital initiatives utilizing Takeda's digital HUB services to support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Enhance digital experiences for donors to ensure seamless online interactions that promote lasting engagement.
  • Expand external digital experiences to reach and assist patients beyond traditional care settings.
  • Utilize cutting-edge digital tools and analytics to effectively identify and engage with patients, enabling proactive interventions and support.
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital patient engagement strategies through Takeda's digital HUB services.
  • Drive the design and improvement of patient-centric digital platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Manage the integration of digital patient experiences to align with patient needs and Takeda's therapeutic areas.

Takeda offers competitive compensation and benefits packages to employees, ensuring equitable pay practices and opportunities for professional growth.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$205,000 - $322,300.00
