~通信サービスに関する入電対応~

  • 主な仕事内容・インターネットや光電話の接続・設定方法のご質問、

    各種オプションに関するお問合せ対応。

    ・インターネットや光電話サービスのご利用者様からの

    ネット利用に関する初期設定やトラブルシューティング対応。

    ・サービス利用不可に対するクレーム応対。

    ・PCやスマートフォンの画面誘導や操作案内などテクニカル業務全般。

<主な応対の具体例>

「ネットが急に繋がらなくなった」

「ネットの速度が遅い、不安定で困ってる」

「セキュリティソフトの設定方法を教えてほしい」

「迷惑メールが多いからどうにかしたい」

などなど。

1件の応対時間は15~30分、

後処理に5~10分程度です。

1時間に2~3件の対応をお任せします。

トークスクリプトなどのマニュアル完備

わからないことや困ったことがあれば、

いつでもサポートをうけることができます。

~研修あり~

座学・OJT共にベテランの研修員が

あなたの就業をしっかりとサポートしていきますので、

未経験のかたでも安心してスタートさせることが出来ます(^^)/

【研修期間】

座学:2/9~2/25 ※平日のみ 9:30~18:00

OJT :2/27~3/5 ※土日祝含む9:00~18:00のシフト制

交通費:30,000円 ※月間出勤日数が15日以下の場合は1日1,500円

転籍日:2026年8月1日

時給1350円~1500円

交通費:30,000円(月間出勤日数が15日以下の場合は1日1,500円)

※1350円スタートですが、交通費不要の場合は時給+50円

※昇給有最大時給1500円
