Do What You Do Best
- SUPPORT CUSTOMERS: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for users of the baramundi Management Suite
- SOLVE ISSUES: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to endpoint management, patching, software deployment and system integration
- CONNECT TEAMS: Act as a liaison between U.S. customers and German support teams to ensure smooth communication and escalation
- SHARE KNOWLEDGE: Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and best practices in our internal knowledge base
- ENABLE SUCCESS: Support onboarding activities and collaborate with the U.S. team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- STAY CURRENT: Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up to date with new releases and features
- IMPROVE PROCESSES: Contribute to feedback loops and process improvements between customers, Product Management and R&D
What We Appreciate About You
- Professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, networking and endpoint management solutions
- Experience with UEM, ITSM or security software is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- German language skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to coordinate with German colleagues
