仕事概要
「社会的意義」や「意味」があるものを連続的に生み出す孵卵器(インキュベーター)となることを目指し、大学や自社R&Dから生まれる先端技術を社会に存在する課題・ニーズドリブンで社会実装する仕組みを作る弊社にて、自社ソリューションである、空間データを活用したDXソリューションKOTOWARI(コトワリ)の事業開発をお任せします。顧客課題を踏まえたプロダクトの必要機能検討、クライアントやパートナーとの折衝、デリバリーまでを一気通貫で担い、事業のグロースに貢献いただけることを期待しています。 KOTOWARI(コトワリ)とは 空間データ(例:3次元点群データや画像データ)を取得/保存/活用することで、空間にある多様な事象をデジタルデータとして取り扱い、統合的に解析する高度なアプリケーションの構築を可能とするDXソリューションです。 具体的には、建設物、農作物など人以外をカメラ・センサで検出する製品群(例:ビルの工程進捗や検査測定、農作物の発育状況管理)と、人物をカメラ・センサで検出する製品群(例:商業施設向けの属性・人流解析やオフィスワーカーの疲労度、コミュニケーション量測定)の2つがあります。これにより空間データを活用したDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を種々の現場で持続的に実現することに寄与します。 ※ご参考:建設現場を変える技術~配筋を360度カメラでぐるりと撮影、BIMと重ね合わせてPC上で計測・検査~ 業務内容(一部) ・サービス導入先企業のユーザーのフィードバックや、パートナーの意向を仕様に落とし込み、優先順位を付けながら顧客、パートナー、社内エンジニアと連続的にサービスのアップデートを遂行。 ・事業拡大とともに事業の健全性を測る各指標、コストなど各種データに基づき、プロダクトの改良を提案、実施。 ・課題が発生した際に顧客やパートナーに責任をもって説明し、対応策を立案、周囲を巻き込みながら解決を図る。 ・取引先(部長クラス~担当者まで)とカウンターパートとしてプロダクトマネジメントを推進 ・顧客課題に基づき、エンジニア・デリバリーチームと連携 <ご参考> ・KOTOWARI事業部長インタビュー 仕事の魅力/特徴 ・大手クライアントの経営層に対するコンサルティングや、デジタル戦略の提案と実行までを一貫して扱うトータルソリューションセールス ・経営陣やエンジニアとの距離が近く、密なコミュニケーションから新しいアイデアが生まれ、それを形にしてサービスやプロダクトを生み出していく面白みがあります。 ・メーカー、コンサル、商社、スタートアップなど多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーが在籍しており、様々な知見やノウハウをお互いに共有し合えるとともに、切磋琢磨することで大きな成長を得ることができます。 ・20代~60代までと年齢の幅が広いですが、フラットで笑いの絶えない職場です。 ・連続的に新規事業を生み出す会社にて、様々な事業フェーズ/領域に携わることができます。 ・一人ひとりに大きな裁量がある一方、大きな責任も伴います。プレッシャーも糧にしながら、"自ら考え行動すること"が好きな方が向いています。 ・たとえ失敗に終わったとしても、「ナイストライ」と積極的なチャレンジを称賛するカルチャーです。
