*12/14リニューアルオープンの新しいお店

*シフトは週3日~・1日5時間~勤務OK

*服装・髪型・髪色自由

*自分のスマホ修理も可能

【仕事内容】

スマートフォン修理店の接客/事務をお任せします。

<具体的には>

  • お客様対応(レジ・電話問い合わせ対応等)
  • 郵送修理の発送・受付業務

※修理は専門スタッフがいるので安心(希望される方には研修のうえ修理アシスタントをお願いすることもあります)

~接客業務のながれ~

事前予約のお客様が7割ほどです。

1.お客様来店

2.修理する端末の確認、価格・作業時間の見積り

3.受付表にご記入いただき修理開始※修理は専門スタッフが行います

4.修理完了のご連絡、端末の動作確認

5.端末をお客様にご返却、レジ対応で完了

~事務業務内容~

毎日、郵送修理の荷受け・発送業務があります。

1.配達業者から荷受け後、端末を確認し情報をPC入力

2.端末を修理スタッフへ引き渡し、修理内容・修理金額を確認しお客様へ見積(メールやチャット等)

3.お客様から修理依頼またはキャンセルの回答次第で、修理または返送の準備

4.準備ができた修理案件の報告書(テンプレート)を作成

5.端末を梱包し出荷

<オープニングスタッフ>

同じ梅田エリアで約3年営業していましたが、12月にイーマ地下2階へ移転オープン新しいお店で一緒に頑張ってくれる方のご応募をお待ちしております。

数ある修理店のなかでも、技術力・部品調達力はピカイチ。いつでもベテランスタッフに質問・相談が可能。修理の知識もどんどん身につきます。

<既存店のスタッフは>

20代・30代の学生・フリーターが中心。本社、店舗とも女性活躍中

<会社について>

2016年、電子部品専門商社の一事業として修理部品の卸販売から事業をスタート。修理サービスの専門性を上げ、一般ユーザー向けにも事業展開するため2021年に分社・独立しました。

今後も都市部を中心に出店を計画しています。

・基本的なPC操作が可能な方

既存店舗では20代・30代が多く、風通しのいい職場です常時1~2名のスタッフで稼働します。

中国人スタッフ多数在籍のため中国語が話せる方(日常会話OK)、理解のある方大歓迎です。
